Costume Design work with GreenHouse Theater Company. "Three Penny Opera" Production. Oct 25th, - 29t
In my role as a costume designer for the incredible Greenhouse Theater Company's rendition of "Three Penny Opera," I undertook the creative challenge of outfitting a full ensemble cast of 11 actors. Steeped in the rich ambiance of the Victorian era, my designs brought to life the diverse characters, including Bobbys, street bums, and brothel ladies. Each costume was meticulously crafted to not only align with the historical setting but also to encapsulate the unique personalities and nuances of the characters. From the rugged attire of the Bobbys to the alluring and flamboyant costumes of the brothel ladies, my work aimed to enhance the visual storytelling of this captivating musical production, contributing to a visually compelling and immersive theatrical experience.
